Insurance claim or Public Adjuster service
Thorough Infrared inspection of home or building for water, fire or flood damage. Also pre and post
    restoration.

    Infrared commercial building inspection
We inspect the entire structure and roof (if accessible), electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems, and any
machinery that is requested by owner or manager.

    Infrared flat roof inspection
If roof is accessible, the entire roof will be inspected, incl. roof covering, joints, flashings, and any protrusions. If
attic is accessible, roof sheathing will be inspected from inside the attic. Also, an infrared scan of the ceiling
below the roof is done to assess for signs of moisture, leaks, and missing insulation.

    Radon testing
We provide the test kit and only charge for the cost of kit. Homeowner is responsible for mailing kit to lab for
    analysis.

    Boat inspection
We can check for leaks or cracks in hulls from inside, while the boat is in the water. We check the electrical
system, door, window and hatch seals, and perform an interior inspection while hosing down the boat, to check
    for areas of water leaks.

We ask for the client to be present during the inspection and encourage their participation
during the inspection. A typical inspection of a residential home can take up to 4 hours,
depending on the size, age and number of problems found. The home should have as
many appliances as possible running during the electrical portion of the inspection. This is
to ensure the breakers and wiring are under load for proper infrared inspection. The
heating or air conditioning should also be under load depending on the season.
