| We ask for the client to be present during the inspection and encourage their participation during the inspection. A typical inspection of a residential home can take up to 4 hours, depending on the size, age and number of problems found. The home should have as many appliances as possible running during the electrical portion of the inspection. This is to ensure the breakers and wiring are under load for proper infrared inspection. The heating or air conditioning should also be under load depending on the season. |
